Just a day after canning an enforcement VP over irregularities in the Suits From Indianapolis’ (Formerly Kansas) investigation of Miami, the NCAA formally accused the Canes of the dreaded “lack of institutional control” charge.

The institutional-control charge is typically one of the most severe the NCAA can bring after an investigation of rules violations.
