Undefeated Awesome Feather trains prior to this weekend’s Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Calif., Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012.
Awesome Feather prepped for the $2 million Ladies Classic by winning the Nasty Storm Stakes at Belmont Park in New York in late September. The win gave the four-year-old mare a 10 for 10 record with career earnings of over $1.9 million.
