Last night, our Washington Nationals (formerly your Montreal Expos) (97-64) took one step closer to having home field advantage by beating the Philadelphia Phillies (81-80) 4-2. The Nats are tied with the Cincinnati Reds for the best record in MLB, but the locals own the tie-breaker.
The Nationals conclude their season this afternoon against the Phils at 1:05 at Nats Park. The Reds play the Cards at 8:15 EST.
