Clemson’s last-second, last-ditch win over Wake Forest
clinched the Atlantic Division, but the Coastal Division race is still up in
the air. Georgia Tech and Miami were
eliminated last week, leaving Commonwealth Bowl rivals Virginia Tech (5-1
ACC) and Virginia (4-2) in the hunt.
The Wahoos can pull off the big surprise if they can find a
way to defeat both Florida State and the Hokies…no small feat. If the Cavs lose in Tallahassee and Virginia
Tech wins at home on Thursday night against a mediocre North Carolina, the Hokies will clinch the division.
We like Virginia Tech’s chances and predict a Tigers v.
Hokies rematch in the Dr. Pepper Bowl, December 3rd in Charlotte.
