Orioles left handed pitcher Mike Flanagan was a crafty left-hander who went 167-143 with a 3.90 ERA in 18 seasons with Baltimore and Toronto.
He made the All-Star game in 1978, tossed a league-leading five shutouts and won the AL Cy Young Award in 1979, pitched on the O's World Series champion club in '83 and was part of a no-hitter in 1991.

Flanagan also worked as the team's pitching coach, as its vice president and, starting in 2010, as a TV broadcaster.
The Baltimore medical examiner has ruled his death a suicide.
Flanagan was the final Oriole to pitch at Memorial Stadium, Baltimore's home from 1954 to 1991.
