Maryland Hopes To Defuse Miami Scandal With Ugly New Unis

Maryland has a new head coach and now a new look.

It is made up of the ever so soothing Red-Black-Yellow color pallet typically reserved for taxi cabs, constructing signs and warning labels.

Note the unis do not feature the players name on the back of the jersey – something new coach Randy Edsall banned early on amongst some grumbling, no doubt.

As you can see, the Terps have plenty of options.  According to the official Maryland athletics Twitter feed, fan input will be used to pick Maryland’s unis for the opener against Miami.

Yet again, democracy will be proven to be the greatest form of government on earth in spite of its’ tragic flaw which at times (like this one) produces undesired results.
