Pictures Of The Day

Uni update: Future wave.  Check out the Washington Mystics' jersey. You will note they don’t say Washington or Mystics, but they feature the logo of their sponsor Inova Health System.  This trend has been used on international soccer uniforms for some time now.  Look for more of it as teams figure out how to meet ever rising costs by selling naming rights to everything they can.  We predict NBA players getting tattoos that say “PNC Bank” before it’s all over with.  (Photo by Ned Dishman/NBAE/Getty Images)
