After Irving from Duke was drafted number one overall the following ACC players were selected:

IMAN SHUMPERT, Georgia Tech, 1st Round; 17th Selection by the New York Knicks.

CHRIS SINGLETON, Florida State, 1st Round, 18th Selection by the Washington Wizards.

NOLAN SMITH, Duke, 1st Round, 19th Selection by the Portland Trailblazers.

REGGIE JACKSON, Boston College, 1st Round, 24th Selection by the Oklahoma City Thunder.

KYLE SINGLER, Duke, 2nd Round, 33rd Selection by the Detroit Pistons.

JORDAN WILLIAMS, Maryland, 2nd Round, 36th Selection by the New Jersey Nets.
