Pictures Of The Day

Charl Schwartzel of South Africa (not Tiger Woods or Phil Mickelson) celebrates his two-stroke victory on the 18th green during the final round of the 2011 Masters.  Schwartzel finished 14 under after coming in with birdies on the last four holes.  (Photo by Fred Vuich/SI)
It was that kind of day for Rory McIlroy of Northern Island.  Here he hits the lip of the sand trap on the second fairway during the final round of the Masters.  McIlroy, the leader after three rounds, shot an 8 over 80 to finish tied for 15th.  (Photo by Brian Snyder/Reuters)

While two members of the men’s basketball team were getting arrested for burglary (they [allegedly] broke into a car), players from the University of Florida rugby team compete in a game of Prom Dress Rugby, an annual fundraiser held at Southwest Rec Center on campus in Gainesville.  The Prom Queens defeated the Team Pretty 22-12.  The hoopsters, Erik Murphy and Cody Larson, were booked at the St. Johns County Jail around 4 a.m. They were released after each posted a $5,000 bond.  (Photo by Bill Frakes/SI)
