UNC's Yates Tops Rivals.com List

Unfortunately, it’s the “Bounce Back” list. As in "needs to bounce back..."

Yates, according to the college football gurus, along with Maryland’s RB Da’rel Scott and FSU’s DE Markus White, need to rebound from sub-par seasons last year if their squads are going to improve their lot in the ACC come September.
