According to ACC Now’s J.P. Giglio (no relation to Papa Giglio):

Sports Illustrated's not as high on ACC football as it is ACC basketball. In SI's All-Decade accolades the ACC picked up "Worst BCS conference" honors and Duke was tabbed the "Worst Program."

Miami placed two players on the All-Decade team, tight end Kellen Winslow and safety Ed Reed, but neither played in the ACC. The 2001 Canes were also recognized as the "Best Single-Season Team," but that was when the U was in the Big East.

On Wednesday, SI named UNC basketball coach Roy Williams the coach of the decade and Tyler Hansbrough the player of the decade.
