MORE PLAYING TIME. Now in his fourth year, J.J. Redick is carving out a niche with the Orlando Magic now that he’s playing more – almost 22 minutes per game.

“We’re going to need J.J. to play well,” former Tar Heel and Magic-go-to-guy Vince Carter said.

Here, Redick (averaging 9.5 points per game) takes the ball to the basket against the Utah Jazz during the game on December 21, 2009 at Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida. The Magic won.
