IN-STATE RIVALRY VIEWED DIFFERENTLY BY NATIONAL MEDIA

Last year N.C. State and UNC both went to bowl games. Head-to-head, the Wolfpack beat the Tar Heels like a red headed step child 41-10 in Chapel Hill last year. N.C. State appears to have the best QB in the ACC in Russell Wilson. An examination of the two rosters seems fairly even, so why is UNC ranked #20 in the USA Today poll and the Wolfpack is nowhere to be seen.
