WOODS LIKELY TO MISS CUT IN BRITISH OPEN, WAHOO TIED FOR LEAD

Tiger Woods finished his day +5 and is unlikely to make the cut at the 138th British Open. Tiger started the day at +1, would par the first six holes, but would then bogey #8 and #9 before losing his drive off of #10. That would up being a double bogey, and Woods never recovered.

The cut is the top 74 players with ties. At this writing, (approx 7:40 pm in Scotland) there are 76 golfers at +4.

Tom Watson continues to lead the tournament, tied with Steve Marino (University of Virginia, 2002, Sociology) at -5.

While not a household name, Marino has won $4,761,337 on the PGA Tour.
