GATORS: THEY ARE WHAT WE THOUGHT THEY WERE…

…and that would be damn good.

No. 4 Florida (11-1) wracked up 502 yards and took advantage of 4 turnovers in their tune-up for the S.E.C. Championship game. The No. 23 Noles (8-4) tried three different QBs that netted stats of 10 of 32 for 140 yards, no TDs and 3 picks. Ouch.

These Florida boys look to have Coach Bowden’s number (not to mention a few others). Tim Tebow completed 12 of 21 passes for 185 yards and had 80 yards rushing to lead the Gators to their fifth straight win over Noles, while Urban Meyer is now 11-1 as Florida coach vs. Tennessee, FSU and Georgia (OK, we mentioned them).
