DUKE 78, Montana (Grizzlies, 13,858 students, Missoula, MT) 58 – The Dookies have played four games in eight days, but even that didn’t slow them down enough to give the likes of Montana a shot in Cameron. Jon Scheyer made crazy faces.

2 UConn (Huskies, 20,846 students, Storss, CT) 76, 16 MIAMI 63 – The Canes gave No. 2 Connecticut a pretty good run for their money, but they didn’t have an answer for Huskie big Hasheem Thabeet (19 points, 14 rebounds).

Seton Hall (Pirates, 5,245 students, South Orange, NJ) 77, VIRGINIA TECH 73 – Tech led early, but Pirates used a 13-1 run to get control. The game was played before a crowd of 432. Actually, the box score claims there were over 8,000 people at this game, but only a few are visible in any of the pictures. Hmmm…
