#19 NORTH CAROLINA 28, #20 GEORGIA TECH 7

Ryan Houston ran for a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns to help North Carolina beat the 20th-ranked Yellow Jackets 28-7 on Saturday, ensuring their first winning season in seven years.

Cameron Sexton added two touchdown passes for the Tar Heels (7-2, 3-2 ACC), while Hakeem Nicks had a touchdown catch and set the school record for career receiving yardage in the final period.

ESPN Fast Facts:

• Despite allowing 326 rushing yards, the Tar Heels kept Georgia Tech out of the end zone until the 6:00 mark of the fourth quarter and gained ground in the ACC Coastal Division standings.

• The Tar Heels exploded for 21 fourth-quarter points as they got to seven wins in a season for the first time since 2001.

• UNC WR Hakeem Nicks had three catches and a touchdown, extending his streak of games with a reception to 22.
