CLEMSON - Clemson running back and return specialist C.J. Spiller is expected to play against Boston College on Saturday after missing the past seven quarters with a pulled hamstring.

UNC - The Carolina quarterback T.J. Yates, who fractured his left ankle in a September game against Virginia Tech, was cleared to rejoin full practices this week.
Even so, coach Butch Davis said Cam Sexton will continue as the Tar Heels' starter -- even when Yates has been cleared for game participation. Translation: Sexton is our QB until we are losing.

WAKE – Kicker and offense tsunami Sam Swank is kicking a volleyball and “practicing his stroke” in the pool. Hmmm.

DUKE – Duke junior cornerback Leon Wright will miss the remainder of the 2008 season due to a left hamstring injury, Blue Devil head coach David Cutcliffe announced on Thursday.

FLORIDA STATE – Well it’s not an injury, but out is out. Florida State wide receiver Corey Surrency is suspended for Saturday's game at Georgia Tech for an undisclosed violation of team rules.
