Elon lost at home to the #6 ranked Richmond Spiders who did a good job of slowing down Phoenix QB Scott Riddle. The boys from Virginia held Riddle to just 213 passing yards and one touchdown. Riddle was 23 of 39 and had one interception. He was also sacked three times for -38 yards.Expect better numbers when Elon plays Stony Brook this weekend.
