PICTURE OF THE DAY 5

BODE, BODE…Bode Miller of the USA competes during the super-G race of the World Cup in Kvitfjell on March 2, 2008. Austria's Georg Streitberger won ahead of USA's Bode Miller and Switzerland's Dider Cuche. Miller is the overall World Cup leader.

Unfortunately, Austrian skier Matthias Lanzinger’s lower left leg was amputated Tuesday because of complications from two broken bones in a crash at the same race.
